{"id":667,"date":"2023-03-31T14:38:32","date_gmt":"2023-03-31T13:38:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ncra.ucd.ie\/?p=667"},"modified":"2023-03-31T14:42:09","modified_gmt":"2023-03-31T13:42:09","slug":"recruiting-postdoc-fellow-to-reg-fr-aims","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ncra.ucd.ie\/index.php\/2023\/03\/31\/recruiting-postdoc-fellow-to-reg-fr-aims\/","title":{"rendered":"Recruiting Ethical-by-design AI Postdoc Fellow to Reg-Fr-AIMs"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>As part of the Science Foundation Ireland funded <strong>Reg-Fr-AIMs<\/strong> project we are seeking applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher Fellowship to be based at University College Dublin\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/ncra.ucd.ie\">Natural Computing Research &amp; Applications Group<\/a> in Artificial Intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Reg-Fr-AIMs project is a collaboration between the teams of Prof Fergal McCaffery (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dkit.ie\/regulated-software-research-centre\">Regulated Software Research Centre in Dundalk Institute of Technology<\/a>) and Prof Michael O\u2019Neill (University College Dublin). At UCD the collaborating faculty and doctoral supervisory team includes Dr Annunziata Esposito Amideo, Dr Miguel Nicolau and Dr Mark Connor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reg-Fr-AIMs sets out to develop a Regulatory Compliance Framework for Trustworthy AI Medical Device Software. This includes research into adaptive, trustworthy and compliant AI technology.
